We prioritize responsible sourcing, working with ethically mined gemstones and fair-trade materials that are traceable to their origins. Approximately 50% of our gold and silver is recycled, and we use low-impact, biodegradable, and recycled packaging materials to reduce plastics and lower our carbon footprint.

Environmental Commitment

We are also actively exploring the installation of solar panels to power portions of our facility, alongside existing investments in efficient machinery, energy-conscious air conditioning, and responsible water management. 

As part of our goal to reduce our carbon footprint, we use electric vehicles whenever possible. Our company car is fully electric, and we consciously limit unnecessary travel, especially for international shows, to reduce fuel consumption. These everyday actions reflect a growing internal culture of environmental awareness, reinforced through staff education and operational best practices.

Job Title : QA/QC

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with supplier or customer window to ensure product.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the 
  • Overall activities of incoming &outgoing quality functions 
  • Support Quality Assurance of the company products. 
  • Analyzing & improving immediately all the internal defects. 
  • Controlling in all actions decreasing an internal defect. Preparation of QA reports to the leader.

Job Title : Junior / Senior Account Manager

Department: Accounts Department

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for overall financial management and  financial risk management, not only a corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, but also development of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
  • Research technical accounting issues for compliance, Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. 
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Coordinate and implement audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Additional controller duties as necessary. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate with a bachelor’s degree or Master degree in accounting or a related field
  • Proven work experience of more than 5 years in accounting and finance field preferably as an accounting manager in a public company. 
  • Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
  • General Ledger function and the month-end/tear end close process
  • CPA preferred

Job Title : Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Check and Suggest the  Company to perform according to the law of working safety..
    2.Instruct and advise the management, Manager, Directors, Section head and all department.
    3.Plan working safety project and measures.
